Here's a Hollow Form with Pedestal and Finial. The Hollow Form is Quebracho, from Argentina, 3/16" wall thickness. The Pedestal and Finial are African Blackwood. 5"x 8 1/2". Click on the photo for a larger view.

Brazilian Rosewood bowl, 4 1/2" x 3 1/2". Smooth as glass, with no finish, just the natural oils in the wood. Like most of my exotic pieces, this wood was brought to the U.S. in the 1960's. Due to intrnational treaty, this cannot be shipped outside of the U.S.
